Hi All,
Everyone who knows The Life Wellness Approach knows I never advocate much other than water and a couple of dairy alternatives like rice milk and almond milk unsweetened. Here is a great report I feel you can benefit from that relates to healthy options and sugar-loaded drinks, even if they are named “Vitamin Water”.

You need to check this out and understand the parody is not meant to minimize what is going on in the world but rather to point out the deceptions and denial tactics BP is using…..

If you want to continue having a goal in life and base it on healthy eating then follow this simple rule……..eat these foods often with the other healthy choices you are making:
1. Salmon
2. Spinach and Kale
3. Eggs (whole)
4. EFA’s like flaxseed oil
5. Cinnamon and other spices like Curcumin
Do this and watch how much better you can feel in 30 days.

The great questions just keep coming in:
Here is one from Anthony…..
“…was talking to boss about working out, his bench press routine right now consists of 2 or 3 sets of 25 reps of 225, plus 2 or 3 sets of dumbell press with 85’s or so. As I try to get back into lifting, I am thinking that I should lean towards slightly higher reps than I have in the past…since I have always tended to try to move up the weight fast, leading to the occasional long-lasting injury. However, I also recall that Manny (Osteopath), suggested that high reps may put excess stress on tendons. He was also very much against doing any behind the head exercises (pulldowns or military press) and any exercises while bent over, even with light weights, unless your body was completely supported. Do you have thoughts on limiting the # of reps per set? Any thoughts on completely avoiding behind the neck/bent over exercises?” Read more... (203 words, 0 images, estimated 49 secs reading time)

Hardest thing is making time for myself, given that I’m a working mom and running from rink to rink with my boys. Its
trying to balance all that and finding the time and energy to incorporate some time for myself in the day to workout.
Sandy
Great question listen for my reply…
Time, the dreaded short day, week, month and year!
Hope that helps…keep moving forward and hitting those targets!
