<p>I am probably talking to everyone on the face of this planet with todays intro, but that&#8217;s my point.</p>
<p>I have a revelation to share with everyone and it is quite simply put, a no-brainer!</p>
<p>Everyone would like to look a certain way, feel a certain level of energy, be healthy and fit with low body fat percentage, get the proper amount of sleep and be stress-free&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..RIGHT??</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>This is a question which was asked of me not too long ago.  I am Italian you know.  We use a lot of olive oil for many different foods and cooking preparations.</p>
<p>So why am I so fit?  Well, thanks for the compliment first off, and what might seem as a lot of oil to you is but the right quantity for my lifestyle and food choices.</p>
<p>You see, I do not get my fats from processed foods or highly saturated meats.  I rely on olive oil for my salads and vegetable dishes and we also use it for some higher temperature cooking like scrambled eggs.  I get my Essential Fatty Acids (EFA&#8217;s) from other oils like my salmon and other fish as olive oil is a poor supplier of EFA&#8217;s.</p>
<p>The two top oils we use are hemp and flax and supplementing with fish oils to get the much needed Omega 3&#8217;s which we as a society are lacking in the typical diet.</p>
<p>I also recommend people try the Medium Chain Triglyceride called Conjugated Linoleic Acid which has been proven in some recent studies to actually help the body burn stored body fat.</p>
<p>We also never use margarine in our house, we don&#8217;t even have it in our fridge.  We use butter instead, not in excess, but in moderation.</p>

<p>I also suggest people look at their overall lifestyle and nutrition intake and ask themselves &#8220;Where am I getting my calories and how much processing goes  into the foods I primarily eat?&#8221;</p>
