Have I ever answered the question how do I eat healthy all the time? Yes I have, many times per week.
Simply put, I am very organized. I plan and organize my nutrition just like I do for my workouts. They are actual appointments in my life schedule.
I schedule my workouts usually every Sunday night because I generally know what my week is going to look like, and if I need to I can always change on the fly like I did today when a client cancelled I used his slot to workout and get paid doing it instead of waiting until the end of the day when I was going to go to the gym on my way home. OK, many people have been asking “What kind of snacks can I have if I like something crunchy?”
I have found and eat two in particular:
1. Mary’s Organic Crackers: Organic, wheat-free, gluten-free, no added oils or fats. If you eat 13 of these flat “toonie-sized” crackers you are only consuming 140 calories. Very satisfying and very healthy ingredients. About 7 different flavors.

Hey who has a great sleep pattern and habits?? I know this one area of my life is probably by far the number one area that is responsible for how I feel on every level: Mental, Physical, Emotional, Spiritual and whatever other levels you can think of including.
I am searching for people’s input to write a guide for sleep habits and patterns. I am especially interested in parents who have had newborns in the last 10 years and what their tricks, tips and techniques are or have been to have a healthier baby, toddler and beyond.
