Continue Moving Forward Toward Your Goals

Checking in to see who has made a change since last night and I see two people who have asked questions regarding the video post I made yesterday regarding “Commit To Your Goals”…check out the video for May 19th.

Today I want to touch on what makes my goals stick like glue so my lifestyle and how my brain processes thoughts into actionable habits is better understood.

Remember this word:

ACTION = I ACT ON

Then remember this from Abraham Maslow 1908-1970

“I can feel guilty about the past, apprehensive about the future, but only in the present can I act. The ability to be in the present moment is a major component of mental wellness.”

Don’t just think about what you want to achieve do something about it!
