Health And Fitness at nighttime…..

To consistently be in top health and fitness shape you need your sleep.  When your body receives the rejuvenation it desires through a good night’s rest your health and fitness levels improve.  To have health and fitness accountability try writing down how you feel the moment you wake up and log how many hours you slept and the times of both in bed and out of bed.  Keep this log going for a few days and see if you can improve your Health And Fitness.
