Two months have gone by and now we’re into March. Who is still around at your health club that was a new member January 1st?
I know it’s touch and go for a lot of people this past winter. We had a brutally cold one. However, we live in Canada, get over it and keep thinking of what’s around the corner……..Spring…….then……Summer……..are you ready for it?
Do you have the necessary habits in place to look different in a summer dress or a pair of shorts and tank top?
Thinking of what you want this Summer, started back in October for me, actually last Summer to be exact……..but the bare minimum amount of time needed for a consistent person who is committed to eating healthy and doing the correct exercises is…….

16 weeks!!
That’s all of March, April, May and June. You will just squeak by a couple of weeks into Summer if you devote your mind and effort to changing your habits and become a healthier eater and exerciser. Now!
