I like this idea Tony. Bite size goals that are attainable, one at a time. I keep pressuring myself into everything at the same time and I’m constantly failing. Then I feel guilty, then I get bummed, so I eat everything I shouldn’t, then figure “What the hey! I’ve eaten these bad things, what’s the dif. if I eat those too!”
It’s Monday. Fresh star with my first week of improved habits!
