Just gulped down an 8oz Protein Isolate Shake made with water.  Just enough pick-me-up to get me to dinner when I will be indulging on Sushi……………Yummmm!

    Dinner was great. I had sashimi, sushi and green salad. Water was the choice drink for me and after dinner fruit and no ice cream or pannetone. Having another celebration tomorrow and will follow the same direction as today but I am going to have a piece of dairy-free cake to celebrate parents 47th anniversary and Cathy’s 35th birthday. Good night.
