Sugar…..Are You Addicted??

Attention all health and fitness enthusiasts.

Sugar is killing you!  Slowly for some, and very quickly for others.  I want you to watch this video on

Why you should stop eating sugar and all the processed foods you currently eat should be  pretty obvious but if you are addicted it can be pretty challenging right?

Not if you plan to succeed with a smart grocery list.  That’s right.  It can be as simple as one to two times per week with the proper foods on the grocery list to help you stay away from the bad sugars and only get sugar from a natural source like fruit and veggies and the occasional sugar sweetened yogurt.  Stay away from the inner aisles in the grocery mart and you have beaten 80% of the people who walk through the same doors to get into the grocery store as you did.  Now, choose wisely from the outer aisles and you are in the elite 20% of people who know how to eat heatlhy 80% of the time and occasionally indulge the other 20% of the time.
