Yesterday I had a 90 minute workout. This was at my dentists office. Then shortly after I had a 45 minute leg workout at my gym.
I found it very inspiring to get in the gym, workout, then eat very healthy last night and all day today. I had to be very careful not to choose the wrong foods and chew down on the dental work I had done or I would have been in a lot of pain. Read more... Ok, can you believe it is almost June?? This is the time of the year when way back in January I wrote an email to a client who asked me about summer training and bikini season etc. I told them your summer training should begin now, and if you wait until Spring you will be training for Fall, not summer clothes!

Hey everyone who has a goal they haven’t reached!!
I am probably talking to everyone on the face of this planet with todays intro, but that’s my point.
I have a revelation to share with everyone and it is quite simply put, a no-brainer!
Everyone would like to look a certain way, feel a certain level of energy, be healthy and fit with low body fat percentage, get the proper amount of sleep and be stress-free………..RIGHT??
So why are so many people falling short of these goals and continue to chase that elusive “Ideal” life? Make A Commitment to Your Goals

This is a question which was asked of me not too long ago. I am Italian you know. We use a lot of olive oil for many different foods and cooking preparations.
So why am I so fit? Well, thanks for the compliment first off, and what might seem as a lot of oil to you is but the right quantity for my lifestyle and food choices. Read more... (293 words, 0 images, estimated 1:10 mins reading time)

This is crazy. I have been introduced to the world of cancer via clients in the past decade and only recently my mother and some of my friend’s mom’s too.
If someone were to tell you that you had no rights left regarding your very own body, what would you do?
I am glad I am hooked up with Mike Adams, “The Health Ranger”, who brings light to this type of situation.
Go now to a breaking story about an innocent 13 year-old boy who has been ordered to take chemotherapy or else!!

Ok, if today were an all-the-time kind of typical day. I would be the fittest and healthiest person on the planet. Not only did I eat healthy, but I had a personal trainer train me, then I had another trainer do a fitness test on me, then I did 2.5 hours of gardening. Wow, talk about feeling great and exhausted at the same time.
I wish everyone could feel the natural high from this day as I have and will continue to have this entire weekend.
Happy long-weekend everyone, stay fit!

Since yesterday was indulgence day what do you think today was? Protein, good carbs, fruits and veggies and water. Throw in some supplements and cardio plus a muscle conditioning workout and you have a healthy day back on track.
This is what it is all about folks. My lifetime goal once again for those who forgot:
“My goal is to consistently keep practicing healthy habits the majority of the time and only occasionally allow for indulgence. This is my lifetime goal that will propel me forward and move me toward all of my health, fitness and lifetime goals.” Read more... (162 words, 0 images, estimated 39 secs reading time)
