The Life Wellness Group Inc.

The Life Wellness Group was established in 2006 with the intention of having an all-encompassing group of Life Wellness professionals working together to help individuals who join The Life Wellness Approach Program, achieve their optimal level of health and wellness.

We are health and fitness coaches who have created the Life Wellness Approach. It is an integrated health and wellness process designed to help people achieve their lifetime goals.  Usually set up as five (5) workshop series commencing with a Starter Kit then four (4) quarterly workshops.

BodySculpt Personal Fitness

The original Personal Fitness Training company I started in 1993. BodySculpt is now a company within The Life Wellness Group of Companies and serves as the primary company providing Personal Fitness Training to clients.  There are two high-level Personal Trainers working with BodySculpt.

D.N.A. Nutrition Consultants

When it became obvious, back in 1993, fitness training alone was not enough to help people achieve optimal wellness I started nutrition consulting. D.N.A. is my personal acronym for D’ASSISI • NUTRITION • APPROACH or DETAILED • NUTRITION • APPROACH.

I have been a Registered Nutrition Consulting Practitioner since 1996 and most recently a Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner.  Besides myself there is one other Registered Nutrition Consulting Practitioner working with D.N.A.
