Fastest Way To Your Fittest Body Reply

Hey everyone,

This question came in as a very popular one, and frequently asked.

“What is the best way to train and loose weight? Does a straight cardio workout work best, or would more of a circuit type work out be better i.e. doing cardio for 15 mins, then doing weights for 15 mins, and then back to cardio, etc…I’m not sure which would provide quicker and better results?”

Thanks

Sandy

Fastest Way To Your Fittest Body Reply

Here is the workout I explained in the video for interval cardio workouts:
The Fast Twitch Activator Method

You start with the first three minutes at a “warm-up pace”…

Then you begin the 15-Minute Fast-Twitch-Activator Method.

You follow these simple, easy steps.

Minute 4-FAST

Minute 5-SLOW ENOUGH TO RECUPERATE

Minute 6-FAST

Minute 7-SLOW ENOUGH TO RECUPERATE

Minute 8-FAST

Minute 9-SLOW ENOUGH TO RECUPERATE

Minute 10-FAST

Minute 11-SLOW ENOUGH TO RECUPERATE

Minute 12-FAST

Minute 13-SLOW ENOUGH TO RECUPERATE

Minute 14-FAST

Minute 15-SLOW ENOUGH TO RECUPERATE

Minute 16-FAST

Minute 17-SLOW ENOUGH TO RECUPERATE

Minute 18-FAST

Then you end with the last three minutes at a “warm-down pace”…

Next thing you know, your fitness
and energy levels are improving weekly.

It’s called The Fast-Twitch Activator Method.

And I have designed it to break any and all plateaus and
the latest excuse to hit your lips.

Why?

Because you don’t have to suffer
through dozens, hundreds or
thousands of minutes of boring and
non-effective cardio workouts.

Instead, you just warm up for 3 minutes
and follow the simple, easy steps I outlined above and…

You’ve never seen it this easy before..

Three workouts per week using The Fast-Twitch Activator Method
and in no time, usually within three to four weeks, VOILA…you are
that much fitter and have that much more energy!
