Hey There,

Have you ever wondered how certain “things” just creep up on us? For example, we’re 20 then the next time you turn around you are 40! Wow, how fast was that.
I am a very analytical person by nature and tend to see things in a slower fashion due to my ability to take a progressive overload approach rather than a “all or none” style.
